The consumer, not satisfied with the purchase, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract or request the replacement of the goods, without any penalty and without having to pay the shipping costs for the return, within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the products.  

The goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the post office or courier. It is however necessary to proceed with the returns the substantial integrity of the good and its normal state of conservation.

All items must be received in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and/or labels without any lack, the risks connected to the transport remaining entirely at the expense of the Customer.  

The reimbursement of the amounts paid as payment is made within 15 days from the delivery of the package to the courier.

During the return procedure you will be able to choose the refund method you prefer, including a voucher or bank transfer.  

Please note that pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is exercised by written communication (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) within the terms set forth in the contract to be sent to the following address:

Offelio Boutique will accept the returned goods reserving the right to check that the products have been returned in the state of origin. It is also advisable to coat the product with other protective packaging (in addition to the original packaging) that preserves its integrity.
