For all orders over € 100.00 shipping is free.

For those whose amount is less than € 100, the shipping cost is € 5.50.

In case of total return of the order, the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

Shipping times  

The Shipment will be made within 24 hours (1 working day) of receipt of the order.  

Shipping method  

Elio Suriano Boutique carries out the delivery of orders throughout the territory, reserving the right not to accept orders for delivery to smaller islands and free zones.  

Obligations of the customer  

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:  

- the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document sent to the email address indicated,  

- that the packaging is not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape).  

Any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately challenged, affixing a WRITTEN MONITORING RESERVE on the proof of delivery of the courier.  

No objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered can be opposed by the Customer after having signed the document of the courier.

Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, to the following email address: info@offelio.com

Failure to deliver  

In the event of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the order and in the case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier warehouses, the order will be automatically canceled.

Subsequently Offelio Boutique will refund the amount received as payment, net of the expenses for the attempted and failed shipment, as well as for the return of the goods.
